Space Industry Bill [HL] The report was received. Amendments 3, 8 to 10, 12 and 13, 16 and 17, 19 and 20, 22 to 33, and 34 to 40 were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 73)8
Northern Ireland Budget Bill Lord Duncan of Springbank moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the Committee was negatived. Then, Standing Order 46 having been dispensed with, the bill was read a third time and passed.9
