Draft Domestic Abuse Bill The Lord Privy Seal (Baroness Evans of Bowes Park) moved that, notwithstanding the Resolution of this House of 6 March, it be an instruction to the Joint Committee on the Draft Domestic Abuse Bill that it should report on the draft Bill by 14 June. The motion was agreed to.8
Domestic abuse Lord Bourne of Aberystwyth repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.9
Courts and Tribunals (Online Procedure) Bill [HL] Lord Keen of Elie moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.10
