Lord Houghton of Richmond General Sir John Nicholas Reynolds Houghton, GCB, CBE, having been created Baron Houghton of Richmond, of Richmond in the County of North Yorkshire, for life by Letters Patent dated 20 November 2017, was introduced between Baroness Harris of Richmond and Lord Hague of Richmond, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
