Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Deferred Prosecution Agreements) (Amendment of Specified Offences) Order 2018 Baroness Vere of Norbiton moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 26 February 2018 be approved. The motion was agreed to. (at 15:07)

Data Protection Bill [HL] The Commons Amendments were considered. Commons Amendments 1 to 61 were agreed to. Commons Amendment 62 was agreed to and Amendment 62B was agreed to instead of the words so left out of the bill (see division). Commons Amendments 63 to 282 were agreed to. (at 15:09)
