Business of the House The Lord Privy Seal (Baroness Evans of Bowes Park) moved that Standing Order 40 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with on 19 December 2018 to enable the motions in the names of Lord Moynihan and Baroness Neville-Rolfe to be taken before the motions in the name of the Lord Bishop of Chichester.
