  Retirement The Lord Speaker (Lord Fowler) informed the House of the retirement with effect from 10 January 2019 of Baroness Howells of St Davids under section 1 of the House of Lords Reform Act 2014. (at 11:05)

Notification of retirement The Clerk of the Parliaments informed the House that he had received written notice from Lord Mogg under section 1 of the House of Lords Reform Act 2014 stating that he would retire from the House on 14 January 2019.
