Earldom of Hillsborough in the Peerage of Great Britain The Lord Chancellor reported that Arthur Francis Nicholas Wills Hill had established his claim to the Earldom of Hillsborough in the Peerage of Great Britain. The Clerk of the Parliaments was accordingly directed to enter the Earl of Hillsborough on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5).
