      Sri Lanka Baroness Goldie repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
      Mental Capacity (Amendment) Bill [HL] The Commons Amendments were considered. Motion A Lords amendment 1B was not insisted on and Commons amendment 1C in lieu was agreed to. Motion B Lords amendment 25A was not insisted on and Commons amendments 25B and 25C in lieu were agreed to.
      Saudi Arabia Baroness Goldie repeated as a ministerial statement the answer given to an Urgent Question in the House of Commons on 23 April.
      Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education (England) Regulations 2019 Lord Agnew of Oulton moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 25 February be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
      Residential construction and housing supply Lord Bourne of Aberystwyth moved that this House takes note of the residential construction sector, modern methods of construction, and the steps being taken to boost the housing supply in a sustainable way. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
