National Health Service: targets (2¼ -hour debate) Lord Hunt of Kings Heath moved that this House takes note of the National Health Service’s performance in relation to its priority area targets; and the impact of adult social care pressures on patients of the National Health Service, and their safety. Climate change (2¾ -hour debate) Lord Browne of Ladyton moved that this House takes note, further to the report by UK FIRES, Absolute Zero, published in November 2019, of technological and lifestyle efforts (1) to address climate change, and (2) to meet the 2050 net zero carbon emissions target.
