Retirement The Lord Speaker (Lord Fowler) informed the House of the retirement with effect from 12 February of Lord Elystan-Morgan under section 1 of the House of Lords Reform Act 2014.

Highgate Cemetery Bill [HL] The Senior Deputy Speaker (Lord McFall of Alcluith) moved that the bill be now read a second time. The motion was agreed to and the bill was referred to the Examiners.10
Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the question that Clause 12 be agreed to. Amendments were considered.
