*Baroness Anelay of St Johns to ask Her Majesty's Government what their priorities are for the Commonwealth in their capacity as Chair-in-Office preparing for the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting to be held in Rwanda.

Queen's Speech Adjourned Debate on the Motion that a Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty as follows: "Most Gracious Sovereign, We, Your Majesty’s most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, beg leave to thank Your Majesty for the most gracious Speech which Your Majesty has addressed to both Houses of Parliament."
It is expected that the principal topics for debate will be communities, welfare, transport and the environment.
