Animal Welfare (Sentience) Bill [HL] Second Reading [Lord Benyon]     If the bill is read a second time, Lord Benyon to move that the bill be committed to a Grand Committee.
It is expected that the Grand Committee on the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Bill [HL] will continue at 2.30pm in Committee Room 2A, and that it will conclude.
