*Baroness Thornhill to ask Her Majesty's Government how their proposed changes to the planning process will ensure that the public is supportive of new housing developments.
*Baroness Sheehan to ask Her Majesty's Government what progress they have made in discussions with members of the World Trade Organisation to facilitate increased production and supply of COVID-19 vaccines.
*Lord Scriven to ask Her Majesty's Government (1) on what date, and (2) in which policy document, testing for COVID-19 was offered as a matter of policy to those leaving hospitals and going to care homes.
Topical oral question. Ballot opens at 3pm on Friday 11 June, to be drawn at 1pm on Tuesday 15 June.

Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021 Lord Callanan to move that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 12 May be approved. Considered in Grand Committee on 10 June
Baroness Morris of Yardley to move that this House takes note of the case for the urgent levelling up of opportunities available to the children of the United Kingdom which have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, in particular with regard to (1) education and skills, (2) health, (3) inequality, and (4) the elimination of child poverty. (5 hours)
