*Lord Truscott to ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have, if any, (1) to reintroduce death duties, or (2) to increase inheritance tax, to help pay for costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
*Baroness Hoey to ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have, if any, to amend Freedom of Information legislation to ensure that the British Broadcasting Corporation is more transparent.
*Baroness Jones of Moulsecoomb to ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to ensure that the criminal justice system treats deaths and injuries caused by motorists equally to those not caused by motorists.
Three oral questions to the Minister of State at the Cabinet Office (Lord Frost) (30 minutes). Ballot opens at 10am on Monday 14 June, to be drawn at 1pm on Monday 21 June.
