Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Bill [HL] Lord Ashton of Hyde signified the Queen and the Prince of Wales's consents. Then Lord Greenhalgh made a statement on Legislative Consent. The bill was read a third time. Then the bill was passed and was sent to the Commons. (at 15:19)

Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill Baroness Williams of Trafford moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House. (at 15:28)
