Environment Bill Lord Goldsmith of Richmond Park signified the Queen's and Prince of Wales's consent. The bill was read a third time. Then, after debate, the bill was passed and returned to the Commons with amendments. (at 16:06)

Social Security (Up-rating of Benefits) Bill Baroness Stedman-Scott moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House. (at 16:28)
