Critical Benchmarks (References and Administrators' Liability) Bill [HL] Viscount Younger of Leckie, on behalf of Lord Agnew of Oulton, moved that the order of commitment of 13 October 2021 committing the bill to a Grand Committee be discharged and the bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
