Chamber

The House met at 11.30 pursuant to the prorogation of Thursday 28 April.

Queen's Speech His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales, in the presence of His Royal Highness, the Duke of Cambridge, both being present in their capacity as Counsellors of State, and the Commons being at the Bar with their Speaker, was pleased to give Her Majesty's Most Gracious Speech to both Houses of Parliament, and then retired.
