Building etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022 Baroness Hayman of Ullock moved that this House regrets that the Building etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022 will not apply to a significant number of buildings and that it has taken five years since the Grenfell Tower tragedy for the regulations to be laid (SI 2022/603).
