Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon moved that the Regulations laid before the House on 20 April 2023 be approved. The motion was agreed to. (at 11:48)

Northern Ireland (Interim Arrangements) Bill Lord Caine moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House. (at 11:49)

Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the resumed debate on amendment 313. Amendments 355A, 357A, 361A, 373A to 373F, 374A, 393A to 393J, 412A and 412B were agreed to. Clause 170 was disagreed to. Amendments 412C and 412D were agreed to.
