Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill The Lord Privy Seal (Lord True) signified the King's and the Prince of Wales's consent. Earl Howe made a statement on Legislative Consent. The bill was read a third time. Amendments 1 to 55 were agreed to. Then, after debate, the bill was passed and was returned to the Commons with amendments. (at 12:05)
