*Lord Lexden to ask His Majesty's Government whether they will appoint an independent legal expert to review the seven allegations of child sex abuse against Sir Edward Heath left unresolved at the end of Operation Conifer in 2017.

Product Regulation and Metrology Bill [HL] Second Reading [Lord Leong] Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland Legislative Consent sought     If the bill is read a second time, Lord Leong to move that the bill be committed to a Grand Committee.

Baroness Manningham-Buller to move that the Grand Committee takes note of the review by the Conduct Committee of the House of Lords code of conduct.
