*Lord Callanan to ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the government of Mauritius’s attempts to reopen negotiations on the Chagos Islands.

*Lord Carey of Clifton to ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the new government of Syria’s commitment to freedom of expression, religion and belief.

*Lord Holmes of Richmond to ask His Majesty's Government, following the publication of the AI Opportunities Action Plan on 13 January, what plans they have to introduce legislation in 2025 for regulating artificial intelligence in areas including intellectual property, automated decision-making, and data labelling.
