Statutory Neonatal Care Pay (General) Regulations 2025 Baroness Jones of Whitchurch moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 20 January be approved. The motion was agreed to en bloc.

Neonatal Care Leave and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2025 Baroness Jones of Whitchurch moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 20 January be approved. The motion was agreed to en bloc.

Flood Reinsurance (Amendment) Regulations 2025 Baroness Hayman of Ullock moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 15 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

Mortgage Prisoners Inquiry Bill [HL] The order of commitment was discharged.

Football Governance Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 31. Amendments 31, 52, 53, 57 and 58 were disagreed to (see divisions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Amendments 32, 37, 48, 49, 51, 62, 63, 66, 68, 78, 79, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90 were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 82)

Ukraine: UK policy A question was asked by Lord Skidelsky and, after debate, answered by Lord Coaker.
