*Lord Cashman to ask Her Majesty's Government what funding they will provide to support the new HIV Action Plan to end new HIV transmissions in England; and whether this will be included in the upcoming Comprehensive Spending Review.
*Lord Kennedy of Southwark to ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to ensure that victims of building safety defects are not liable for the costs of rectifying those failures.
*Lord Berkeley to ask Her Majesty's Government what caused the delay to the United Kingdom’s application to join the Horizon Europe research programme; and when they expect research institutes to be able to bid for new project funding.

International Agreements The Senior Deputy Speaker to move that Baroness Hayter of Kentish Town be appointed a member of the Select Committee, in place of Lord Goldsmith, and that Baroness Hayter of Kentish Town be appointed Chair of the Committee.

Rating (Coronavirus) and Directors Disqualification (Dissolved Companies) Bill Lord Ashton of Hyde to move that the bill be referred to a Grand Committee on Tuesday 19 October for debate before Second Reading.
