†*Baroness Neville-Rolfe to ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the impact of the rise in the yields on 30-year gilts to 5.37 per cent, the highest level since 1998, and the effect of this on sterling.
†Great British Energy Bill Lord Hunt of Kings Heath to move that the bill be reported from the Committee of the Whole House in respect of proceedings up to and including 13 January; and that the order of commitment of 18 November 2024 be discharged and the remainder of the bill be committed to a Grand Committee.
