      Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Bill [HL] Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon moved that the amendments for the Report stage be marshalled and considered in the following order: Clauses 1 to 4 Schedule 1 Clauses 5 to 41 Schedule 2 Clauses 42 to 47 Schedule 3 Clauses 48 to 53 Title. The motion was agreed to.
      Data Protection Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 82. Amendments 90, 97, 99, 103, 104 and 105, 107B (see division 1), 108 to 116, 118, 119 to 124, 126, 127A (see division 2), 130 and 131, 133, to 136, 138 to 146, 147 (see division 3), and 148 to 150 were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned.
      Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2017 Lord Duncan of Springbank moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 13 September 2017 be approved. Then Lord Foulkes of Cumnock moved, as an amendment to the motion, at end to insert "but that this House regrets that the draft Order includes provisions relating to the British Transport Police; and calls upon Her Majesty’s Government to review the operation of those provisions in the light of concerns that incorporating British Transport Police into Police Scotland will reduce operational effectiveness." After debate, the amendment was withdrawn. Then the original motion was agreed to.
      Data Protection Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 151A. Amendments 151A to 173, 182, 184 to 184B, 187 to 214, and 216 were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 77)
