      European Union (Withdrawal) Bill Lord Taylor of Holbeach, on behalf of Lord Callanan, moved that the order of the House of 16 April be vacated, and that amendments for the Report stage be marshalled and considered in the following order: Clauses 1 to 5 Schedule 1Clauses 6 to 9 Clause 16 Clause 17 Clause 10 Schedule 2 Clause 11 Schedule 3 Clause 14 Schedule 6 Clause 15 Clause 12 Schedule 4 Clause 13 Schedule 5 Clauses 18 and 19 Schedules 7, 8 and 9 Title. The motion was agreed to.
      European Union (Withdrawal) Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 31. Amendments 31 (see division 1), 32A and 32B, 33A, 34A, 34B, 34C and 34D were agreed to. Baroness Vere of Norbiton moved that further consideration on Report be now adjourned. After debate, the motion was withdrawn. Amendment 40 was disagreed to (see division 2). Amendments 42 and 47A were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 48.
      Financial Guidance and Claims Bill [HL] The Explanatory Notes on the Commons Amendments were ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 97–EN)
