House of Lords Commission The Senior Deputy Speaker (Lord McFall of Alcluith) moved that the Report from the House of Lords Commission Access and use of facilities by retired members be agreed to (2nd Report, HL Paper 233). After debate, the motion was agreed to. (at 13:18)

Domestic Abuse Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 17. Amendments 17, 19, 20, 21 (see division 1), 22, 24 to 29, 32, 33 to 40, 41, 44 (see division 2), 45, 48, 49, 50 (see division 3), 51 (see division 4), and 53 to 66 were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 66A. (at 13:30)
