Advanced Research and Invention Agency Bill Lord Callanan moved that it be an instruction to the Grand Committee to which the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Bill has been committed that they consider the bill in the following order: Clause 1 Schedule 1 Clauses 2 to 7 Schedule 2 Clauses 8 and 9 Schedule 3 Clauses 10 to 15 Title.
