Advanced Research and Invention Agency Bill Lord Callanan moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee. (at 18:49)

Advanced Research and Invention Agency Bill Lord Callanan moved that it be an instruction to the Grand Committee to which the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Bill has been committed that they consider the bill in the following order: Clause 1 Schedule 1 Clauses 2 to 7 Schedule 2 Clauses 8 and 9 Schedule 3 Clauses 10 to 15 Title.
