Draft Online Safety Bill The Senior Deputy Speaker (Lord Gardiner of Kimble) moved, further to the resolution of the House of 22 July, that the Committee should also have power to meet outside Westminster. The motion was agreed to. (at 16:40)

Critical Benchmarks (References and Administrators Liability) Bill [HL] Viscount Younger of Leckie, on behalf of Lord Agnew of Oulton, moved that the order of commitment of 13 October committing the bill to a Grand Committee be discharged and the bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
