Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 Lord Kamall moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 9 November 2021 be approved. Then Baroness Noakes moved, as an amendment to the motion, leave out from “that” to the end and insert “this House declines to approve the draft Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 because Her Majesty’s Government have not published a full impact assessment". After debate, the amendment was withdrawn. Then the motion was agreed to.
