Then Baroness Bennett of Manor Castle moved, as an amendment to the above motion, to leave out all the words after "that" and insert “this House declines to approve the draft Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022." After debate, the amendment was disagreed to. Then the original motion was agreed to.
