Conduct The Senior Deputy Speaker (Lord Gardiner of Kimble) moved that a Conduct Committee be appointed and that the following members be appointed to the Committee:
That the following be appointed as lay external members of the Committee:

That the quorum of the Committee shall be three Lords members and two lay members;
That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;
That the Committee have leave to report from time to time;
That the reports of the Committee be printed, regardless of any adjournment of the House;
That the evidence taken by the Committee be published, if the Committee so wishes.
