Reading Clerk and Clerk of the Journals The Lord Speaker (Lord McFall of Alcluith) moved that the House do approve the appointment by the Lord Speaker, pursuant to the Clerk of the Parliaments Act 1824, of Dr Christopher Johnson to be Reading Clerk and Clerk of the Journals of the House in place of Jake Vaughan appointed Clerk of Committees. The motion was agreed to nemine dissentiente.
