Lord Alton of Liverpool to ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of remarks by Clare Nicolet, head of Médecins Sans Frontières's emergency response in Sudan, that "we estimate that at least one child is dying every two hours in one IDP camp. Our current estimate is that there are around 13 child deaths each day”; and what is their response. HL2416
