Then Lord Dodds of Duncairn moved, as an amendment to the motion, at end to insert “but that this House regrets that the draft Regulations implement the Northern Ireland Protocol and Windsor Framework which prevent Northern Ireland being a full part of the United Kingdom’s internal market, and undermine the democratic and constitutional rights of the people of Northern Ireland.” After debate, the amendment was disagreed to (see division 2). Then the original motion was agreed to.
