Transport Act 1985 (Amendment) Regulations 2019 Baroness Randerson moved that this House regrets that the Transport Act 1985 (Amendment) Regulations 2019 were laid before the conclusion of the judicial review of the Department for Transport’s current position in respect of community transport, and, given the potential impact of the changes in these Regulations on community transport operators, that they do not contain sufficient detail (SI 2019/572). After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
