Lord Bradshaw to ask Her Majesty's Government on how many occasions the Environment Agency has prosecuted Thames Water for illegal discharges of untreated sewage into the River Thames or its tributaries in the last five years for which figures are available; and in what instances a penalty was imposed as a result of any such prosecution.
