The Marquess of Lothian to ask Her Majesty's Government what assistance they are providing to religious and ethnic minorities in northern Iraq (1) to allow them to return to their homes in Nineveh province, and (2) to prevent any resurgence of ISIS in northern Iraq. HL6236
