Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 Lord Bethell moved that the Regulations laid before the House on 14 September 2020 be approved. Then Lord Lamont of Lerwick moved as an amendment to the above motion, that this House regrets the failure of Her Majesty’s Government adequately to consult the public in the preparation of the Regulations and the impracticality of enforcing the measures. After debate, the motion was withdrawn. Then the original motion was agreed to.
