Baroness Ritchie of Downpatrick to ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to publish any modelling from September 2020 on the economic effect of (1) introducing the COVID-19 'circuit-breaker' recommended by the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies, and (2) the introduction of a lockdown to address the COVID-19 pandemic in November 2020 for England.
