Business of the House Lord Ashton of Hyde, on behalf of the Lord Privy Seal (Baroness Evans of Bowes Park), moved that with effect from 18 February until further Order debates on motions for general debate, whether taken in the hybrid House or hybrid Grand Committee, shall be time limited to one of 1½, 3 or 5 hours, and that this time limit may be varied in accordance with this Order with the unanimous agreement of members taking part at the commencement of proceedings. The motion was agreed to.
