Fire Safety Bill Lord Adonis moved, as an amendment to the motion that the Commons reason be considered, to leave out all the words after “that” and insert “this House declines to consider the Commons reason before a Hansard record of the House of Commons debate on this vital Bill, held only minutes ago, is available and can be properly considered by members”. The amendment was withdrawn. The Commons reason was considered.
