Republic of Cameroon: Economic Partnership Agreement Lord Grantchester moved that this House regrets the Economic Partnership Agreement between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Cameroon given (1) the human rights abuses committed by President Biya’s regime, and (2) the lack of parliamentary scrutiny before trading arrangements came into force on 1 January. After debate, the motion was disagreed to (see division).
