Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Steps and Other Provisions) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 Lord Bethell moved that the Regulations laid before the House on 15 June 2021 be approved. Then Lord Robathan moved, as an amendment to the motion, to leave out all the words after “that” and insert “this House declines to approve the Regulations laid before the House on 15 June because (1) the measures are disproportionate, and (2) no impact assessment has been prepared for them.”. After debate, the amendment was withdrawn. Then the motion was agreed to.
