1 Speaker of the House of Commons The Lords Commissioners being seated, Lord Strathclyde in the middle with the Lord Speaker (Baroness Hayman) and Baroness Royall of Blaisdon to his right hand and Lord McNally and Baroness D’Souza on his left and the Commons being present at the Bar with the Speaker-Elect, the Right Honourable John Bercow, the said Speaker-Elect was presented and approved by the Lords Commissioners (by command of Her Majesty).
