4 Allhallows Staining Church Bill [HL] A message was brought from the Commons that they have made the following Order: That the promoters of the Allhallows Staining Church Bill [HL], which was originally introduced in the House of Lords in the Session 2009–10 on 25 January 2010, should have leave to proceed with the Bill in the current Session according to the provisions of Standing Order 188B (Revival of bills).

5 Kent County Council (Filming on Highways) Bill [HL] A message was brought from the Commons that they have made the following Order: That the promoters of the Kent County Council (Filming on Highways) Bill [HL], which was originally introduced in the House of Lords in the Session 2009–10 on 25 January 2010, should have leave to proceed with the Bill in the current Session according to the provisions of Standing Order 188B (Revival of bills).

8 BBC 6 Music A question was asked by Lord Clement-Jones and answered by Lord Shutt of Greetland.

9 Crime: rape A question was asked by Baroness Scotland of Asthal and answered by Lord Wallace of Tankerness.

10 Liaison Committee: First Report The Chairman of Committees moved that the First Report from the Select Committee (HL Paper 6) be agreed to. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

11 Financial services regulation Lord Sassoon repeated as a ministerial statement the answer given to an Urgent Question in the House of Commons.

12 Social policy The Lord Bishop of Leicester moved for papers relating to the role of partnerships between government and civil society in shaping social policy. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
