1 Baroness Wheeler Margaret Eileen Joyce Wheeler, MBE, having been created Baroness Wheeler, of Blackfriars in the City of London, for life by Letters Patent dated 20 June 2010, was introduced between Lord Evans of Watford and Baroness Jones of Whitchurch, made and subscribed the solemn affirmation and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct. (See Appendix 1)
