1 Lord Monks John Stephen Monks, Esquire, having been created Baron Monks, of Blackley in the County of Greater Manchester, for life by Letters Patent dated 26 July 2010, was introduced between Baroness Dean of Thornton-le-Fylde and Lord Lea of Crondall, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
